Conveniently located on Hillsboro Health's campus, Hillsboro Health Fitness & Aquatics is a one stop shop for your recreation, fitness and therapy needs. Serving members since 2005, Fitness & Aquatics is complete with a cardio-fitness room, free weight room, walking track, equipment, indoor swimming pool with lap lanes, personal trainers and group fitness classes. There's something to help everyone achieve their fitness goals at Hillsboro Health Fitness & Aquatics.
Childcare
Want to workout but can't find a babysitter? Bring them to our Childcare Program! Every Monday through Thursday you have the opportunity to drop your child off in our childcare room between 8:oo- 10:00 am or 4:00-7:00 pm while you use the rest of our facility. Just ask front desk staff if you have any questions!
Facility Hours of Operation:
Monday - Thursday: 5 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Friday: 5 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Saturday: 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
