Hillsboro Health transitioned to a new electronic health record system on October 12, 2026. 

To ensure you can access all of your health information, please select the appropriate portal below based on the date of service. 

Visits and Services on October 11, 2026, and Earlier:

If your appointment, hospital stay, test or service occurred on or before October 11, 2026, please access your records through our previous patient portal.

If your appointment, hospital stay, test, or service occurred on or after October 12, 2026, please access your records through our new patient portal.
