The Importance of Prehab

Join certified Physical Therapist Connor Wagahoff, from Hillsboro Health Therapy Services Nokomis clinic, on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 from 9 – 10 a.m. at the Depot Bar and Grill, located at 590 N 5th St. in Nokomis, Illinois. "Coffee with Connor" will include discussion on physical therapy and prehab and why it is important. Wagahoff will follow up with time dedicated to answering questions from attendees.
